DOCTOR vs. PHYSICIAN – THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!

DOCTORS or PHYSICIANS?

When you are sick, do you consult a Doctor or a Physician? There is a difference! Western Medicine is filled with Doctors of all kinds: General Practitioners; Internal Medicine Specialists; Gynecologists; Oncologists; Pulmonologists; Cardiologists; Endocrinologists; Pediatricians; Psychiatrists; Geriatricians; ETC, ETC, ETC. The list is endless!

To answer the question,  you must look at the original meaning of “Doctor” and “Physician.”   The ancient Scriptures define the difference between Doctor and Physician through the original languages of Greek and Hebrew.  Doktor is Hebrew for Doctor and means “A Scholar–One who studies much.”  Rophi is Hebrew for Physician and literally means:  the one who heals, cures and makes you whole.

Think about it: Do people get cured when they go to the Doctor?  Or do they get their symptoms treated. Trillions of dollars are channeled through Hospitals, Urgent Care Clinics, Surgical Procedures, Chemo and Radiation Treatments and Pharmaceutical Drugs. Consequently, there is no money in actually curing the disease–only in continually treating it. So before you get sick again, seek out a true physician. There are Medical Doctors who will opt out of Government regulations to apply healing techniques.

THE GIFT OF A LETTER

When was the last time you hand-wrote a letter to someone?  Today’s culture finds it much easier to type, text and tweet.  All of these alternative forms of communication  remove the power of emotion from the transmission.

THE GIFT OF A LETTER

Science has shown that when you put your thoughts in your own handwriting, it engages a significant  part of the brain which is not engaged by typing or texting.

Throughout history, words were written by hand. The Apostle Paul wrote letters to the new Believers throughout Asia Minor with whom he had built relationships.   It is said that the Gospel of John is  God’s Love letter to His children.  The famous poet Elizabeth Barrett received personal letters from Robert Browning which, over time, became sonnets of love.  Eventually, they entered into a literary and marital partnership.

The FBI created a profiling tool called “handwriting analysis.“  This tool cannot be applied to non-written forms of communication because handwriting has an individual distinction just as voice has frequency recognition.  Handwriting is a vibration that touches the heart and soul of the one receiving your letter.

I encourage you to take a moment to pen a few lines to someone you love … a friend, lover, or perhaps an acquaintance who needs encouragement.  The power of a written letter far surpasses the cryptic tone of a text or tweet.  And as Alexandra Stoddard wrote in her book, The Gift of a Letter, expect a response in return “Frankly, my pen touches down on paper much faster when I feel a response is in the wind.”  Receiving a handwritten personal letter engenders a consideration to respond in kind.

BEHIND EVERY GREAT MAN IS A WOMAN WITH MANY HATS!

THERE ARE BRAINS UNDER THOSE HATS!

While this may be a popular idea, women should not stand behind the man, but rather at his side, as Partners, to achieve their purpose together on Planet Earth.   Sometimes a Woman must stand alone to experience the greatness that is her Divine Destiny.

Every  woman arrives with creative talent, yet-to-be-developed skills, and a uniquely intriguing personality.  She is equipped to fulfill the purpose and calling God designed just for her.  Most women discover they can multi-task during a crisis:  nurture the children; manage the household; succeed at business; create fabulous designs (cookies, clothing, crafts); and miraculously balance the budget — something politicians have yet to learn!  And her greatest joy is the love and adoration of her family.

If you ask the husband of such a woman, he will most assuredly agree!  So Hats Off to the Virtuous Woman!

“The Heart of Her Husband Safely Trusts in Her Because He Fears No Lack of Gain.” ~ Proverbs 31:11

GOD REMEMBERS YOUR VOWS

WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?

Have you unwittingly made a personal vow and then later broken it?  You may not even realize the deed was done because you didn’t take the vow seriously.  There is power of life and death in the tongue, and a vow made is forever, unless there is repentance for making the Vow carelessly and agreement from God to release you from it.

Broken Vows can manifest as “bad luck”; illness; depression; loss of favor; loss of finances; even a curse.  We are cautioned to either say Yes or No, but make no vow lightly.

Examine your conscience and ask the Holy Spirit to shine a candle of remembrance upon your heart and mind.  You may have forgotten the self-promise made in desperation or the strong intention made in anger  — “If it’s the last thing I do, I’m gonna …”  The curse does not come without a cause.  Every  word that proceeds from our lips has power to create or kill.  You may easily forget,  but God remembers our Vows.

When you make a vow, do not delay in fulfilling it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow.” ~ Ecclesiastes 5:4

ECONOMIC VIRTUE

“LIKE APPLES OF GOLD IN SETTINGS OF SILVER IS A WORD FITLY SPOKEN IN DUE SEASON.”

~ Proverbs 25:11

WORDS OF BLESSING

If people were more concerned about the empowering things they say each day, not only would the economic climate improve, but so would everything else. Blessings; encouragement; positive affirmations; creative goal-setting; entrepreneurial thinking; building strong networks and healing relationships–all of these impact our lives, our families, communities, workplaces; and like magic, it can “spin straw into gold!” The Virtuous Woman is a silver-tongued blessing.

Can High Cholesterol Save Your Life?

Researchers at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology looked at 52,087 individuals between the ages of 20 and 74. After adjusting for factors like age, smoking and blood pressure, researchers found women with high cholesterol (more than 270 mg/dl) had a 28 percent lower mortality risk than women with low cholesterol (under 193 mg/dl). Risk for heart disease, cardiac arrest and stroke also declined as cholesterol levels rose.

The researchers involved in the study admit this contradicts commonly accepted beliefs about cholesterol. They say current guideline information is misleading because the role of cholesterol in heart disease is overestimated.

These results fly in the face of what most of us have been told about cholesterol. Our misconceptions about cholesterol may in fact be endangering countless lives. For instance, millions of people are prescribed statin drugs to lower their cholesterol levels, believing that this will save their lives. Not only do statin drugs come with a plethora of dangerous side effects, but now the very premise of their existence is also brought into question.

Our focus on lowering cholesterol to prevent heart disease and mortality is misplaced. It also fails to serve in the best interest of our health and wellness. In fact, the dogmatic belief that cholesterol must be lowered appears to best serve pharmaceutical companies, which profit from cholesterol-lowering drugs.

Better results will be achieved when we develop a more well-rounded focus on other risks for heart disease, which include stress, toxins, a sedentary lifestyle and a poor diet. As an added bonus, these factors aren’t treated with dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, but with simple, healthful lifestyle changes.

Virtuous Woman Weightloss Secrets

Although it is my suspicion that the women of antiquity didn’t “battle the bulge” like 21st Century sisters do, these women knew the power of God’s protocols with therapeutic essential oils.  Their potency and effectiveness for weightloss, dissolving cellulite and removing decades of petrochemicals from fat cells of the body is legendary.   As summer eases its passing and the autumn of the year rushes towards us, it’s time to rid your body of these dangerous and “ugly” toxins.  For more information on these protocols, contact me soon!

WHEN YOU FIND YOUR PURPOSE…

Fulfilling your Divine Destiny is the goal for every woman–and apparently, every animal, too.  Staying the course of life takes courage, determination and a wisdom to understand who you are and where you are going.  “Many are the plans of a woman’s heart, but it’s the Lord’s purpose that will remain.” ~ Proverbs 19:21  Consider the lilies…. Consider the fallen sparrows… Consider a Setter Puppy who knows her purpose and follows her destiny.   Be inspired today…
